Purell Advanced is a hygienic hand rub which eradicates bacteria whilst maintaining skin health. This formulation contains 70% alcohol suitable for use in hospitals, and passes bactericidal tests according to EU regulations. The no-rinse formula dries to hands after application, killing 99.9% of bacteria. These refills are designed to fit the ADX-7 dispenser.
